I imagine that present and former employees are barred from talking due to confidentiality agreements. Also it would appear that the current board are doing everything they can control information flow to cover their arses.
How can it take 2 weeks for an announcement about founder & CTO Peter Delany resigning?
How is referring to the rest of the senior management team as contractors & other employee not misleading the market?
What else are the withholding from us?
