If you've got a mobile phone which can receive e-mails. Then contact Karoon thorugh their web-site & ask to be added to their distribution list.
For example, I have both my home & work e-mail on the list & recived 2 emails yesterday, first was a link to the Petrobas announcement & the 2nd was the ASX announcement "Santos Basin Oil Discovery Confirmed".
However, I didn't get an e-mail for the "Reinstatement to Official Quotation" announcement. Possibly this is throught the ASX?
