Cheers all. I should point that when I sent the original email I did not say the response may be posted on Hot Copper. I have since received a second email after mentioning this in passing, which says:

"The information provided is publically available however, Carnegie’s general policy is not to directly participate in member based forum discussions."

I thinik this is a very good policy which I fully support. I thought I should post this disclaimer so that no one thinks that anyone from Carnegie knew in advance that the information posted above would be indirectly appearing on Hot Copper. Since the information is all freely and publically available I am assuming there is no harm done at all.
