On the point of cash reserves wasn't several million share left over from the capital raising done earlier this year.
From memorie Pattersons was interested in them along with others wanting ot pick up any shortfall and were denied.
With some posters sujesting that may of been tatical and they may of been held over to offer to SiYi (at a higher price) to get stake in sbn as sbn has a position in them.
