Fact is, way "after" this time last year, say June. it was evident that about 20 entities owned more than 70% of shares on issue .. You know, at a time when punters soared the price to 50c... Yet the far more recent capital raising (this year) by way of issuing more shares, has altered that structure to about 75% for the top 20
So this so-called "market" can do all it likes. Given that it can only fiddle with 25% of the shares on issue
I'm not sure that small retail holders actually get what is going on with this company, and that treating it as a spec play is a sure fire way to miss the golden hoop
