@dan1; that's what Morrison told Australian in early March 2020 after state premiers forced Hymn to follow up his travel ban with China on February 1st with similar bans against all Covid19 infected countries as it began to spread throughout Australia.
Problem is Morrison then allowed half a million people to leave Australia for spurious and secretive 'ministerial discretion' reasons such as Abbott and Corman being allowed to travel the world. Morrison even allowed some 600,000 people to enter Australia after having told Australians our borders were closed.
Indeed, one of the things that Morrison has failed to do is to shut Australia's borders, to the point where state quarantine hotels are being pressed beyond their limits to cope. Morrison's putrid response - blame the states for not doing HIS job.
