Think of it this way.

If you owned a $1mil house, and you went to your bank and asked for a line of credit for $100K, then your bank would get the deeds over the "WHOLE" house until you paid out the line of credit.

Its no different in this case.

Hawkswood receivers (Like the bank above) have taken a fixed and floating charge (Title) over "ALL" of ADY's Assets. NO BIG DEAL.. Thats how business is done!!!

As Thyshift said - If ADY (for some reason) cannot payout the debt on time, then ADY will just have to pay more interest, until they do get things sorted.
