the two things go together
as pensador's assets augment, by definition CVI's assets will increase the same as they clawback
cvi will by definition need to buy a minimum of $1.1b worth of assets and therefore issue that many shares(in value)the strategy will be to buy them at strategic timepoints (the day before oil strikes LOL)

as long as pensador retains $1.1b+ in CVI equity together with income stream they will have succeeded in their mission
