SCOTT....Thats correct , we can sit back and watch the value of these projects unfold and still have control over the projects......fantastic achievement from MS and all the management.....aside from MS dribble from time to time....he has in fact proved the "doubting thomases" wrong as he said in one of his broadcasts a few months back....well done

now to look towards the future for Angola.....the one thing that cracks me up is that the angolan govt officials get 300 mill for allowing the US investment vehicle to take control of the assets to allow the development of them......classy stuff....then there is the oil and gas concessions that CVI have control of on behalf of tne angolian govt..........cheers JAM
