I believe the Pensador Angolan shares at US20.00 will remain static as the 1.1b is used to develop the projects. However at some future point CityView will enact the clawback option, (it has to otherwise the whole exercise will be pointless) eventually absorbing Pensador.

As this starts to happen, the true value of the investments and our joint partnership will start to be realized, in quite a big way.

The report should hopefully cover these points, but it might be a good idea to call the company with your query if you think it’s important enough.
