you are showing your ignorance here. it is in pensadors interest to have the cvi sp as high as possible. why would they want billions of shares of cvi. how in the hell can they increase the sp of cvi in years to come with all that paper on issue. pensador want there cut but it wont be at the expense of the long term plans for cvi's sp
