    Whats it matter if its a "dirty old hedge fund". whatever that is. The money is just as clean and no real threat to existing holders as long as the issued shares are in escrow for a reasonable period. Everything is ok as long as the manipulators don't leave the building, or PSY are able to announce a clear path to commercialization.
