The very fact this fund is taking a "substantial" holding is flashing signals at you that they are not fly by nighters. Likely they will hold and more to the point have a significant vested interest in getting the technology commercialized. You would have to be a dunce not to expect that this US fund will ensure the PSY technology is partnered with a credible player. The fact that the team's legal eagles have been working on the fine print ( last update) and taking a bit longer tells me this is more to this than just a simple placement
