Which of the sources are incorrect? The 98% decline in Vimy share price over ten years is from around $1.40 to around $0.03 and is similar to other Australian uranium companies (see the table in the study). The $114 million in capital that Vimy has raised and burnt through so that only $8 million remains is from Vimy's 2020 annual report. The annual report also lists the issues about it being a going concern. Vimy relies on the stockmarket to fund it. So far those shareholders have lost (a lot of) money. How long will that go on? As Warren Buffett says, if something can't go on forever, it will end.
Given the choice between changing their mined and proving themselves right, most people start working on the proof.
