Doc...once again...it is NOT that the DFS is late, it is the regular lying to shareholders. If they have not been lying then it is mismanagement. Either way it is not a great place to be investing. If your financial adviser lied to you, would you keep asking them to invest your money??
I find it hard to believe that you can tolerate/justify this kind of behavior from any institution, let alone one that is investing money on your behalf.
