The main reason I ask, is that given the hedges have still not been closed out, the hedges entered into by CER appear to purely for the benefit of CNP. No questions on potential conflict of interest by the directors?
Given CNP is a 51% shareholder CER, I am hoping that CER will no longer be pillaged by CNP in the future.
