I guess to elaborate then, this "issue" was discussed in a general sense. There was discussion about board separation, past conflicts of interest, corporate governance, and there is as I understand it a policy for managing conflicts of interest which can be accessed on the company website.
There's no real doubt that when shareholders, management, stakeholders, the media or anyone else who mentions Centro and Conflicts of Interest in the same sentence that this is one major thing they are talking about.
When/if these hedging arrangemetns are closed out I think we can rest assured that CNP will never again be a counterparty to CER. They would likley be third party banks of major insto's and so they should be. As a separate board, they are now well aware that a 3rd party counterparty is i nthe best interest of their security holders.
