    Anouncement out - dropped all resolutions for the proposed meeting - sounds like email is off. Well i would not be surprised given that they have no money to purchase and at these share prices cant issue more stock withought huge dilution.
    I emailed Tom Howitt but he only will deal on the phone - will call him later.
