i think some sort of announcement cant be too far away...if the japanese were not serious on this play they would have walked away by now. I think they are probably trying to negotiate the last few % in their favour.
but who knows...the resource at current SP is extremely undervalued given the short lead time from approval / funding to actual production being circa 9 months.
