I will add a couple of extra points.

A lot of people, myself include, got hurt bigtime by believing in good faith that QTK's announcements about China were true!

At no stage over the past two years has QTK come clean and admitted that the "contract" in China has gone off the rails! This is despite the fact that China Alarm Holdings, their partner in China has invested over $3 million in a rival tracking firm listed on ASX - SMA!

I personally believe that things fell apart in China a long time ago, probably shortly after MP fell foul of ASIC! As followers of this stock would realise, just after the extension of the Beijing announcement was made in December 2005, Mobilarm - one of QTKs largest shareholders began selling frantically - Why do that when the company is on the cusp of delivering one of the largest non mineral foreign company deals into China??

It is hard to let go when a company has literally almost ruined your life! If you know WHY things went wrong you can try to put it behind you and move on, but QTK have never let its shareholders know WHY things went wrong in China! Perhaps because the truth would find the blame placed soley at one individuals feet??

You cant tell me that things have only just gone wrong in China, the writing has been on the wall for 2 years now, I was unfortunately just niave enough to believe that a company had to fully disclose price sensitive developments as they occurred. I kept expecting that positive announcement that delivery of product into China had commenced and revenues were now rolling in. That announcement never came and at 15cps I decided that I just couldnt take the risk anymore and bailed! Thank god i did because otherwise I would be living in a rented caravan park now!!

So to answer your question, myself, bionicboy and quite a few others remain very bitter on this stock! And to this day I cannot work out why Smuggler vents his anger at people like myself and bionicboy who were fellow victims in this disaster! Everyones anger should be vented wholey and soley at the management of QTK, who I believe have failed to adequately keep shareholders informed of WHY things went wrong in China.
