According to the bears on here the price is never right. They want it for free...at only 2/3 times average wages. Even in WA the average wage(alleged by statistics proving anything) is $79k. A median price of $240k is fantasy land. Bears seem to want this magical price and then want their cake also with growth. I guess the 'ponzi scheme' is ok as long as they're on board.
As to economists and who ever Koshi is, when too many open their mouth it's time to stop listening and just watch....as if they know anymore than you and I.
