It only relates to actual sales not statistics or any other data. You can do it yourself but the agent has all the information and you are already committed to pay them so use them up.
It is sometimes hard to look at a house and know that it sold for $X dollars and compare it with yours but you do not know how it compares with yours inside or the back yard so you need the agent. Use them up
