the thing is...once we, the wider public, get to the bottom of those 'manipulated' figures and it becomes apparent to EVERYONE that RE pro's were lying to us for years...the carnage and distrust will become even greater than what we expect !
'average joe' STILL didn't 'clue in' on the state that things are in !
there was no real rise of 20 % anywhere last year...they were accentuating the highs and nobody cared to investigate !
occasional 'exception' was shown as the 'rule' and quickly covered up with more spruik in order to hide 'it' in the mountain of words !
honestly...couple of chinese don't make a market (as much as we were threatened by them 'buying us all up')
