You are dead right there mate. But what you have to consider is, that these big companies have a hell of a lot of power and have the Government by the proverbials and squeezing them very very tight. OUCHHHH!!!! Don't move, or it hurts even more, lol.

You would have noticed what happened when a few of those big ones decided that they weren't happy with what Rudd was proposing to do and the consequences that followed.

So, sending a few lambs to the slaughter is always the best answer for any Governments. As long as it doesn't hurt the politicians themselves it's fine. By doing so, they will keep the big Rams alive and slaughter the replaceable lambs instead.

Think about it.
