If their able to? Then the smart move will be to announce the deal monday.
They will wish to get the focus off management and on to possible blue sky scenarios asap, imho.
Divide and conquer! A good project will win many over, a rise in share price many more. A bad one and...
I still strongly favour having John on the board and where possible all connection to Fraser eliminated asap.
That said, It's my opinion we should let the guys best placed to speak to DP (and who have done the hard yards) follow though with their plan.
