Yep. i bought my first package in November 2016 for $5.97, largely because I was impressed with Richard and his commitment to the company.
Back in those days Richard and the major holders held 78% of the shares- WTC was very illiquid and shorters would emerge around reporting season, making serious attempts to beat down the price of the limited number of shares in play. For long term holders this provided great buying opportunities.
