I’ve never really watched WTC during the end of day auction, so not sure if this is normal or not.
Around 4:06pm, the indicative match price was over $82. It slowly pulled back, but didn’t really go under $80 until 4:08pm. So it was getting towards the end of the auction.
Maybe this is normal?? Never watched it before, so I don’t know. What I can say is that for a short time, there were some investors out there happy to pay more than $80. If only for a short time.
