OK, final thought. Lets say they can continue to increase their div at the same rate for 10 years. And, say they increase payout from current 20% of earnings to say 50%. Then my effective yield would be 25%. Not sure you would ever get that in a bank. I hope that helps you get the current price in some sort of perspective. It has helped me feel better about my investment anyhow.
