When an insider sells and continues to sell endlessly and this time the transaction is significant. Why is he cashing out? Would you not hold if you had conviction? He has signaled clearly that it's time to get out.
Obviously trying to get out all at once would destroy the company. So he is strategically selling, portions at a time. His time is done, he is retiring.
