Its an interesting question unawares, who will get the the shares, the bigger question i think is what does KNL need more . existing holders to get more share which will hopeful introduce new holders as well or is it more important to get instos involved which is something that KNL do need.

35cents is not a good price for Knl to have a CR. its way to close to a support and if it drops lower then look out below as the next support is 28 i think but someone with much more charting skills may be able to post a chart.

Knl didnt have a choice but to announce a CR much earlier that they really intended to. a dropping SP even on announcements ment that they had to act as they could see themselves trying to raise some coin at a much lower price so i think they are looking after share holder interests. for me im going to wait and see at this stage. i am ready to buy back in but the question is when.....
