Couldn't wait for it to go lower. News of DFS or the DFS itself could suprise us anytime now. Some people here say it will be this week, others say it will be in 1 or 2 weeks. THOR management hasn't announced anything official so NO ONE can be 100% certain when the news would be released. But one thing we know is for certain... it's coming and very soon too!
For those who are still deciding whether to get on this THOR boat, my advice is for you to get on ASAP... 1-2c is not gonna matter in a few weeks time. We all know the DFS is gonna be spectacular & blow all previous estimates out of the window. The market will react to that!
Off-take & finance is the next step & they seem to be at an advance stage according to Thor Management. There are a few scenarios that could happen at that stage as others have mentioned previously on this forum: - JV with THR - Total TakeOver (T/O) - Buy out or Moly hill or even other THOR projects
There are "a number of parties" that were interested in signing off-take agreements for the Molyhil tungsten and Molybdenum venture".

With a good Off-take agreement & Finance, the Share Price will jump even further IMO and grow steadily as we approach the initial stage of production.
This is all happening really quickly (could all happen between now and May/June).
