The option plan for the directors is grotesque
They are being rewarded for poor performance over the last few years, and further it results in the shareholders get a significant dilution.
An option price of 20 cents gives them an immediate and large reward.
If the option price was 30 cents then that would be a good and appropriate incentive to perform over the next 5 years. If NGF share price is not well above 30 cents in 2015 then they have failed miserably and don't deserve a reward.
The Monte Carlo calculations are rubbish as their has been a significant change in NGFs situation and good performance should predictable see profits and the sp go up well above 30 cents.
Shareholders should vote against the options at 20 cents.
