i read that someone believed that this impacts the NPV i calculated at the beginning of the year.
this is not true. my NPV was based on a simple ten year DCF at approx 4.5mt at 23% resulting in 3mtpa. after that its terminated assuming no further production. so thats only 45mt - well below the 70mt that is jorc'd.
if i did a perpetuity value based on that 1.95bt then it would have been a different story. but i didnt.
