Just had my call returned by Steve from Haddington.
He confirmed that for you to be entitled for the rights issue, you must have purchased before close of trading yesterday (25/06/2007), and remaining holding until close of trading (02/07/2007).
This allows for the T+3 settlement period.
So if you brought yesterday and have sold today, then you are no longer entitled to the Rights issue of 2 shares @ 23c for every 5 you are holding. You are also not entitled to 2 free options for every 5 shares you are holding.
