my bearish view on property has nothing to do with interest rates, it has to do with our economy, the unemployment rate, the slowdown of the mining boom, the dissapearance of our manufacturing industry, the fact that public service jobs such as police, nurses and firefighters are priced out of 95%+ of suburbs in cities such of perth. a generation of real estate investors being told they can get rich quick with property and not have to work anymore. Adverts telling people on tv that everyone can do it, we can all be rich, well simple logic states we can't, if everybody was rich, nobody would be rich
