These blokes will have little chance of raising much predrilling giving how poorly it's all been handled. More than likely afterwards from my opinion, would rather see a commercial deal with upfront payment to avoid all of it. But someone is capping the share price which is interesting.
The critical announcement is the drilling schedule, and these blokes just keep kicking the can down the road. If they have poor drilling results then this stock is dead water for years and they have just completely lead all shareholders on.
