I just wished directors haden't issued shares in lieu of cash deemed to be worth 22c to a "contractor" whoever they may be, and who immediately put the entire 800.000 shares on the market at 24.5c, this has put enormous downward pressure on the shareprice and I'm sure has induced many shareholders to sell in needless panic when this 800k block appeared, I hope the directors have learn't something from this and do not go down this path again, it has proven to be a very costly exercise for some shareholders who sold into the panic, especially as this seller has not managed to sell a single share yet and still he sits there, this is a major miscalculation by management I believe, without a large position taker this seller will start selling down prior to fiscal years end when it becomes more obvious to him that the market is very aware of him and will not pay his asking price.
