What gets me dub is with all this type of info out there how come the the shite hasn't hit the fan already, either:
It just total BS and everythings really is fine ah la greenspan.

According to the doomsday prophets we will need a bigger fan when it does.
How do you prove if any of this sort of info is based on fact, for every bad story there is a good one so who do you believe, presently the US of A seems to be powering ahead economy wise, biggest housing growth in history, historically low interest rates etc etc, is it just all a facade.
Its because I read thing like that that I take the side of caution and right now its costing me plenty because I refuse to use equity funding to improve my holdings, consequently I am looking rather foolish in this hot market because I know plenty who are and they are doing far better than me atm.
I want to be on em all and I want to be on em NOW!!!
