I don't recall ADE as a major CB player with a billion dollar market cap but perhaps you have not checked Senex sp out lately and the regular conversions of oppies adding to MCap and liquidity.
Senex is primarily in the business of exploring for OIL, producing oil, and then piping and trucking oil to Moomba for the SALE of same said oil.
I don't recall ADE doing a whole lot of oil producion.
Senex also might have a tad more CB acreage than what ADE did!
BPT would need deeper pockets to TO Senex.
