Its not week hands, its people involved in the placement getting their money back and still holding the options and who knows what the options will be selling for once they are listed, even if they are sold cheaply it is still a return on their investment. There will be plenty of supply at this level in the coming weeks, as there has been for the last few weeks since the placement was announced.
One thing has been proven to me without doubt, the speed management has prepared and released the documents relating to the latest placement since the vote at the AGM shows me where their focus has been.
No one should be under any illusion when investing in a company with no revenue that raises are a given, but most companies deliver the results of the funded drilling (good, bad or ugly) to the market once the cat is in the bag(new placement done). I suppose as long as the chappies in the office keep getting paid we may, at some stage, return to chipping a few rocks and having a look at those last 6 holes, maybe.
