lower highs arent a good thing, thats pretty obviously the point - when you break out that negative trend is broken.
many ppl dont know about technical analysis in respect of charting, elliott wave theory, cycles etc
but they are all long proven but not infallible guides to how price will behave.
so for example its possible to break out but then fail - what is called a false break out
But thats generally uncommon on anything so long in consolidation.
as for price moving higher - any CR will generally lower the price. but its pointless to worry about. precashflow companies have to get their funds to operate. the priority is that they spend funds wisely and sparingly
