Couple of things make me immediately suspicious... China... Never have I come across a country that makes such outlandish claims. Anything electrical that comes out of China is grossly exaggerated. A 2000w charger might in reality be a 20w charger. So that is the first thing before reading anything.
I have an Oppo phone myself with a SuperVOC 67w charger and it does take my 5000 mAh (5 Ah) phone from 20% to 100% (relative) in probably 20 minutes. If they were to put something like this solid state battery in a phone... Having 2400w available at the wall, it is very possible to draw 320w to charge.
It might be doable. Again you have to read the fine print in any of these claims.
