I would happily show you a copy if I thought you were serious in your request.. However I have shown them the copy of the company update from September with the presentation of Cloud Lumen showing Nigel Batters as the chairman, the annual reports of FGF and XPE, both audited by Nigel Batters.
Not a do gooder, just trying to see that rules of corporate governance are adhered to, as there have been multiple breaches at XPED... which have cost SH dearly... and today's gifting of XPED IP plus $100,000 to Keith Benson's Heuresy.com to develop cybersecurity, as previously announced by FGF is highly irregular.
