    Note who knew about the capital raising and pay attention to what they say in the future.

    The market report should have told you, between the lines. 95% of companies issuing "updated market reports" follow through with a capital raising.

    The interest rate is low, good, but conversion price dissapointing.
    Positive is that CBH can now get on with business and develop their substantial project line.
