re: for the man that dwells in the hills Valid point Arthur, the market cap of JHX was decimated when it was sold down under $6. A lot of bad news has allready been factored into this price, as you rightly point out, shorting it is very risky.
That said, going long holds just as much risk, thus unless you are only in for a very quick trade and get lucky I would be waiting for the dust to settle. No one here has deep enough pockets to get out of trouble either way. Although it did bounce from around here, maybee a bit lower interday a while back.
I have never looked at BCL, will do so over the weekend.
