What I dont understand, is several brokers have valuations from $9 to $11 (yes $11) on JHX from its earnings. It is now trading under $5.30.
I can see why US funds have decided to take a large stake in the company at this price.
And before any shorts start claiming this case will kill JHX, remember US$1 billion revenue from one division. And before you start hanging directors, remember directors main concern is their stock holders, and before you start yelling at JHX directors, remember they are going the shareholders to vote on whether or not they should settle the case now.
There is an easy way to settle this dispute, and JHX directors have placed the decision of an easy solution or a long , long ,long hurtful solution back onto the JHX shareholders.
I am curious how the yanks are going to vote.
