RFG shouldn't at this stage concentrate on signing up new franchisees instead should be concentrating on existing franchisees who are struggling to turn them around and make them sustainable then the word of mouth would do the advertising. It hasn't helped RFG with all the bad publicity every business needs time and patience to succeed but i guess some owners thinks everything is garanteed. Its not upto RFG to shows customers good and friendly hospitality its upto the individual franchisee. So if RFG could go to every franchisee and see the issues that every individual franchisee has they can address the issue better.If I would have a bad experience in any store I would give them.feedback and come back to that store unless the owners & workers are not welcoming with friendly service.
