It is great we had an enquiry . It is great how scathing it was about RFG. It basically identified them as a BUNCH of crooks.
The response today by the company is nothing short of hideous. It is a shame that the Government only recommended further investigations. The recommendations should be JAIL for all the Directors who "enslaved " innocent partners (franchisees) Todays ASX comments were nothing short of ARROGANCE in the extreme.
At the very least the tax office and government SHOULD PURSUE the assets of the Directors and place the monies in a fund for those LIKE ME who have lost their lives to a Franchiser in my case to a stinking American Sandwich Franchise.....you can guess who.
Lastly if you are still holding shares.... ?????? no one can help you now.
