    These are huge accusations.

    How many shares did management sell into the credit raise?
    What have been the lies and crimes you suggest management have been peddling?
    What is the base wage vs Managements wages? Show that it is 3x the amount?

    Fair enough not being happy with the outcomes to date but to make these accusations without basis is not really called for.
