Well little history lesson for you, thought you would know since you claim to have been in since IPO, but post history of yours starting when it was above $2. So Im guessing more likely you are in from above $2.

    CAN:
    2017 IPO : $13 500 000
    2017 Cap raise : $78 000 000
    2020 Cap raise: $40 200 000

    = $131.7 million

Im probably even missing some SPP or quick money grab they have done along the way. Cash left this quarter was 3 million. So they have already spent what they have already raised.

They just raised another 10 million, hoping for it to be 20, if price manages to stay above 27.5 whilst retail investors can participate in SPP, maybe they will trick more people into buying in.

Quite a lot of money spent to be producing less product, receiving less revenue , than a company only 2 years old thats achieving this with less than $20 million. Investors should find this quite worrying.

I find it strange and disingenuous that you say you are not worried, odd investing style to be not worried about an investment that after 4 years has not grown at all, management failing to meet deadline after deadline, money going missing in fraud, product recalls, a debt facility that they do not draw upon and instead dilute shareholders at a huge discount.
